Update from BTEH’s programme manager David Owen with the first results of the Tom Yum project. While in two months elephants have destroyed 96.5% of the pineapple, they only trampled, damaged or eliminated 5.2 % of the chilli peppers, 4.8% of the kaffir lime, and 2.5% of the citronella.
