Day 1, December 18

Morning

• Welcome and introduction
• Intro BTEH founder Antoinette van de Water
• Introduction to the Wim Hof Method and Guided breathing
• Breakfast
• Prepare for the ice bath!

Afternoon

• First Ice Challenge!
• Short discourse about the experience with Wim Hof
• Lunch
• Talks and booths: Human-elephant conflict mitigation, elephant & marine life conservation
• Sunset yoga

Evening

• Live acoustic music
• Drum circle with Wim Hof
• Campfire and dinner

Day 2, December 19

Morning

• Sunrise yoga (optional)
• Guided breathing with Wim Hof
• Breakfast
• Ice Bath

Afternoon

• Lunch at Sam Phraya Beach 
• Drive to Phraya Nakhon Cave
• 2km round trip hike to/from the cave
• Meditation and breathing on the journey and in the cave
• Return to Sam Phraya Beach
• Free time to explore the beach, swim, hammocks, chat with Wim and instructors.

Evening

• Different stations set up with various speakers
• Holistic healing methods (eg. singing bowl, gong therapy) and artistic performances 
• Fallon and Wim create art piece. possibilities: (sand art, drawing/painting, natural sculpture) 
• BBQ dinner or buffet dinner with campfire while performances are happening

Day 3: Friday, December 20

Morning

• Sunrise yoga (optional)
• Guided breathing with Wim
• Breakfast 
• Drive to Kui Buri National Park
• Reforestation project, check dam building, chili dung ball making, alternative crop planting/harvesting with local community
• Visit BTEH demonstration site

Afternoon

• Lunch with local community, guides, community-based wildlife tourism group at Baan Rai Kong Mun Resort (local guesthouse)
• History of Kui Buri and this community’s relationship with elephants and wildlife found in the area

• Introduction of the Community-Based Wildlife Tourism Group
  Living with elephants storytelling 
• Safari into Kui Buri National Park: wild elephant observation!

Evening

• Thank you to local community and guides 
• Return to camp at Sam Phraya Beach
• Dinner/ Wim’s Finale with guitar and songs
• Closing speech with Wim, Fallon and Antoinette
• Campfire and performances at Sam Phraya Beach

Saturday December 21: 

Departure

Transfer to Bangkok
